THOUGHTS FOR MY CLIENTS

The iron is the best antidepressant I have ever found. There is no better way to fight weakness than with strength. Once the mind and body have been awakened to their true potential, it is impossible to turn back. The iron never lies to you. The iron will always give you the real deal – the true reference point. 200 lbs is always 200 lbs.

Jaron White grew up between San Francisco and Berkeley. Raised by a single mother he was enrolled in Martial Arts at the young age of 7 and the martial arts became like his home away from home. At 15 he started lifting weights and that is what sparked the desire to train. At 19 he was training people out of his studio apartment in north Oakland.

It wasn’t until he attended Carrington College in Pleasant Hill that he got his science background while attending an accelerated Kinesiology program. From there he got his major personal training certifications and he’s been training ever since.

THOUGHTS FOR MY CLIENTS

How do you build up your bank account? By putting something in it everyday. Your health account is no different. What I do today, I am wearing tomorrow. If I put inferior foods in my body today, I'm going to be inferior tomorrow, it's that simple.
